A brokerage that already understands your business model.
Software, SaaS, AI and venture-backed companies buy insurance for reasons a generalist broker has never seen. We work with one kind of company, so the conversation starts several steps ahead.
We know what your contracts ask for
Enterprise MSAs, DPAs and vendor agreements specify professional liability, cyber, general liability and umbrella limits, plus endorsements most brokers have to look up. We read the exhibit and answer procurement directly.
We know what your investors expect
Term sheets and incoming board members put D&O on the closing checklist. We work backwards from your closing date rather than starting after it.
We know how your team is distributed
Workers' compensation follows where people actually work. We keep the state schedule current as you hire, including the four states that require a state fund.
We know where the forms differ
Two quotes at the same limit can behave in opposite ways. Dependent business interruption, waiting periods, sublimits and contractual liability wording are things we read before you bind, not after a claim.
A contract landed. A round closed. Now it's urgent.
Nobody wakes up wanting insurance — something happened, it has an insurance consequence, and it has a deadline. Start from the situation.
Organized the way you actually need it.
The lines we place, grouped by the situation that puts them on your desk rather than by an underwriter's filing category.
When a customer contract requires it
When you hire, lease or scale
We also place business owner's policies, commercial auto where relevant, and other commercial lines appropriate to technology businesses. 11 lines in total — see the full list.
One submission. Then we go to work.
You tell us about the business once. We handle the applications, the submission, the market approach and the comparison — and you see where it stands the whole way through.
Four things we hold ourselves to.
Not values. Operating commitments — and the reason clients move their program to us.
Less back and forth
Faster applications, submissions, follow-ups and certificates. Fewer forms for you to fill in twice, and a broker who replies the same business day.
Thought applied to the detail
Contracts, exposures, limits, exclusions and competing terms reviewed properly — and the differences explained before you bind, not after a claim.
Options worth comparing
Independent access to carrier and specialty markets appropriate to the risk, so options can be compared on coverage, terms and price rather than price alone.
A modern client experience
Submit online, upload documents, request certificates and get answers in writing — a far more responsive process than the traditional brokerage one.
Technology companies, at the stage where insurance starts to matter.
Straight answers.
Anything not covered here, send it to a broker and get a written answer within the business day.
Ask a brokerIt depends on revenue, headcount, the data you hold, your states, and your contracts — a number on a web page would be a guess. Complete the intake and you get a real indication within one business day, with the trade-offs between limit and premium spelled out.
Often the answer is no, and we'll say so. Send us your declarations pages and we'll review limits, retentions, exclusions and form language against what your contracts require. If your current program is well built, you'll get a written second opinion and nothing else.
A broker reads your request the same business day, your submission is in front of markets within six business hours of being complete, and your portal updates as responses arrive. The moment you approve an option, we move to binding.
Yes. At pre-revenue the right answer is usually a small program — workers' compensation once you have employees, D&O once you take institutional money, cyber once you hold anyone else's data — and we'll tell you what to skip until later.
Your work email and what's going on. We research your company ourselves and only ask what we can't look up. Documents like declarations pages or loss runs help when you have them — upload them as you go, or later from your portal.
Standard carrier commission, disclosed on request. For complex programs we can work on a negotiated fee instead. We'll tell you which arrangement applies before you engage us.
Get covered without the runaround.
Tell us about the business once. A broker reviews it the same day and comes back with a plan, a timeline and what we need to take it to market.
